Therapy Services
I work with many people that are highly sensitive for a variety of reasons, including neurodivergence, autoimmune disorders, disabilities, and complex trauma.
Other ways I support people are coping with anxiety disorders, managing moods, exploring identity, life transitions, adversity or oppression, grief, women's issues, emotional regulation, coping skills and mindfulness, emotional literacy, perfectionism, and relationship issues.
I work with individuals of all ages. I enjoy supporting people through all the phases of the life span.
Children often need support with emotional regulation, developing flexibility, socializing, and distress tolerance. Sometimes life events or losses have impacted a child's needs in these areas, or there are other factors contributing to challenges such as neurodivergence, asynchronous development, and high sensitivity.
In addition to these challenges, teens may also struggle with identity development, anxiety about performance or achievement, self worth, depression, suicidal ideation and self harm.
Young adults moving towards independence often need support when adjusting to this transitional stage of life that can bring added confusion and overwhelm, especially if coupled with other mental health difficulties.
There are many phase of adulthood and with it comes change, both external and internal, that can lead to challenges with relationships, fulfillment, burnout, and grief. Oftentimes our history, whether it be generational, childhood experiences, past trauma, or relational patterns, is informing how we are navigating a phase of life.
I collaborate with clients to feel more present and engaged with the people and endeavors they care about. I strive to build more confidence in coping skills and self worth as well as feel empowered. People often need support in creating sustainable, meaningful change in order to feel better and live the life they want.
Individual Therapy

Parent Support
I support parents and caregivers with the rich and unique experience of raising humans, some with highly sensitive children.
I also specialize in single parenting/caregiving support, which has it's own particular qualities and complexities that are often unseen.
Parenting support can offer the missing piece of shifting challenging dynamics and creating more ease in family functioning. Support can also be about strengthening the the relationship between parent/caregiver and child or between siblings. I provide guidance in learning how to support your child with coping skills, self esteem, and processing emotions. Parents and caregivers need support, too!
Working with children and teens individually includes collateral contact with primary caregivers/ parents as it is important for them to understand how they can best support the child or youth.
