About Me
I enjoy bringing creativity, humor, sensitivity, and curiosity into the therapeutic process.
Many people I work with feel chronically misunderstood and I strive to support individuals to feel confident in who they are without judgement, and to not have challenges or the past define their lives. I believe in overcoming adversity and that we can find our capacity for change.

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and anti-racist.
I bring cultural awareness and sensitivity to my work.
My own experiences and personal journey, along with a love for learning people’s stories and discovering what influences who we are, have led me to this work. I am also a parent who understands the unique, rich, and varied complexities of supporting children.
I seek to ensure clients feel heard and to create a non-judgmental, trusting environment that supports growth.
I am licensed by the state of California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 159335). I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute.
